[Resolved] Airtel — Cancellation for my connection

I had submitted request for cancellation of airtel broadband connection 5 times from feb 2017 to till date. My connection's call and network had been barred from 2 march 2017 and still I receiving call from airtel customer care to continue my connection. I am frustrated because I don't no whether my connection is cancelled or not. Still Airtel customer care telling your connection will be disconnected as soon as possible. Can any one help me for cancellation of airtel connection. (E mail Screen shot enclosed)

I had done payment through AIRTEL APP for SBI insrunce premium on[protected] RS 8500/- amount had debited from my account but payments is not yet successfully done even i dint get any conformation SMS or Email.
please do check and inform me whats going on...im very sad about Airtel
