[Resolved] Airtel — Cancellation of airtel dth connection | |||
My Airtel customer ID is : [protected]. I had informed the local Airtel DTH connection provider to disconnect the same and collect the Set top box alongwith the Dish antennae. But nobody has come to my premises, so far. I have been trying to reach Airtel for more than a month to disconnect their service. I keep receiving reminder messages (SMS) from Airtel, to renew the service for next 1 year. But I do not want to renew Airtel DTH connection. Kindly do the needful and ask your local vendor to collect Dish antennae and set top box, at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
