I had purchased Airtel xstreme fibre in nov and made a new recharge in June nearby and on end of aug i changed my room so I asked them or req to shift the fibre and while shifting internally or there mishandling lead to make my routine work improperly while before shifting it was accurately working and after shifting they asked my router got damaged and again I asked to change the router then they took a week to come back and now they are saying that your network is cancelled and I have no msgs nor call about cancellation yet even I have recharge my fibre till December kindly look forward the ple.
