[Resolved] Airtel — Cannot activate a pack and send sms/messages | |||||
I have tried activating the offer of ₹147 4gb 4g/3g pack in *121*1#, after completion of the process it says that i will recieve a message shortly but it has been almost a day after my trial of activating the pack but i didn't get my pack activated. Please help, its urgent and important. I have recently upgraded my sim from 3g to 4g but after that i cannot send messages or use *121#/or anything related to this, when dialing *121# it says that an error occurred with error code 538.
