Airtel — cannot close airtel connection online amid coronavirus lockdown

Airtel has raised the corporate plans from 175 inr to 235 inr with no notice to customers. I want to close my connections but they cannot close the connection even after calling them on 6th april 2020 at 2 pm.

They want me to visit there store after the lockdown and until then they want me to pay the raised amount of bill even though i want to close their connection right now.

I am calling national helpline tomorrow if they don't make option of closing connections online tomorrow.
