Airtel — Cannot use my data after recharging

Sir/madam,
as referred in the subject i want to register a complaint for my airtel registered number. sir yesterday, the 07th of September of the year 2020, i recharge my validity with a Rs 49 talktime with the validity of 28 days and i also recharge my internet data of Rs 98. though payments for both have been deducted from my bank account but i still could not make any calls or use internet. i checked the airtel thanks app in my mobile and its showing nil in my data indicator. please help me at the earliest.
