Airtel — careless team....no keen interest solving problem.

I am using an Airtel post paid connection from KOLKATA, HOWRAH A C MARKET by the No. [protected], almost more than 1.5 year back I had called the customer care and registered the complaint regarding network coverage and there was no response from the company for next 3 months I used to call every day & every time I was assured that the network problem will be resolved in next week...and that never happened. I had visited the Airtel office for more than 50 times and lastly for fighting for long months some of the Airtel executive visited my residence and checked and found that there was seriously no network and has got some serious network issues to be addressed. i spoke to the nodal officer in howrah who had assured me that the complaint will be resolved in next couple of months but till date no solution has come out... Till date there is no progress on the same & I have been following up on the same on a continuous basis. Every time I get an answer that the complaint will be escalated to the technical department. Now I wonder that is there any technical department in the Airtel office?? for this my bills are also rising high day by day, inspite of giving a written cmplain still no actions have be taken...all the time the revert comes that there is perfect network and they found no auch issues.. I am asking u people how cn u say that it is perfect? Hav u visited to my olace now or after my COMPLAIN? No? I can say..just SITTING ON TABLE CHAIR AND GETING DEMANDING FOR U MONTHLY SALARY DOESNT MAKES SENSE I[censored] CANT SOLVE THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM I have submitted several nos.as said by your nodal officer who's facing network issues but still no actions.WHAT ARE U PAYING FOR TO D PERSONS U HAV KEPT FOR NETWORK DEPARTMENT IF THEY CANT SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR VISIT THE PLACE AND CHECK..i pay fo my Internet pack bt mtnot able to use it, ct download nythng...all d time i get a response The technical department is working on dis...being a MULTINATIONAL COMPANY does it take such a long period to fix dis prblm...VODAPHONE IS FAR BETER THEN U PEOPLE, at least THEY try and resolve the problem how soeva by putting repeaters or nythng devices which solves the problem..hope for a solution as soon as possible from ur side... pratik jain
