Airtel — Centric not activated after a month of request | |||
I took a airtel landline connection 11th of April and called airtel to activate centric facility on the same. First the assigned me in the wrong group, called them 10-15 times and then they rectified to the right group. Now after assigning me to the group, i am not able to call anyone in the group. I have again calling airtel for 10 days now, they opened multiple SR, but closed without resolving. There is one last open SR# 45877416 for a week now, still there is no resolution. I am tired of calling airtel customer care for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
