[Resolved] Airtel — Change of ownership of sim

I am Aafa J S were using an airtel sim ([protected] prepaid) since May 2014 upto 3 January 2017. The sim was taken in the name of my father T Somanathan (Thankanivas Parasuvaikal P O Parassala Trivandrum 695508) on May 2014. On 5 January my sim was not active and I called the customer care. I came to know from a customer care executive that the ownership of the sim is changed to some other person as a postpaid connection. But this was happened without the authorization of my father T Somanathan(original owner). By using that phone number the fraudlent person hacked my facebook and gmail accounts and posted vulgar posts. I really need a statement regarding the details of change of ownership and the airtel showroom from which the change is happened and the details of the current owner. Please kindly respond.
