Airtel — Change of plan without customer consent | |||
Resp. Concern, I am using Airtel mobile No from last so many years. It was on 11th Oct, 2021 i received SMS on all 3 numbers of family plan from company stating my post paid plan has been upgraded from My Plan family New 799 - PB to My Plan Infinity 999. I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have requested for any type of change in my plan. So i called 121 and Customer care executive spoken to me. Without our consent they have upgraded our plan and not listening to the request of reversing the same. So at least i was left with no other option to register my complain with you. I want you to: 1. Reverse my Billing Plan to the previous one (As mentioned above) . As i will not pay any increase in my bill due to this change. 2. I want you to take some very strict action against whoever have changed this plan by himself/herself. I also request you to kindly inform me what action company has taken for this.
