I wasn't told about any validity before and now saying to recharge with minimum of 35rs every month to stay connected. I do have enough balance in my account but i was not able to use it properly as there is no proper network in the places i visit or stay. Even they haven't provided any hint about change in plans in advance. Its like i have to lose my money even i dont have proper service from the provider. This is very injustice and nothing but mere looting of customers. Looks like other service providers also joined hands with them and taking advantage of not having other options.
I am afraid and much worried that they may further increase the minimum amount in future and force customers to follow even if they are not interested.
Please review these forceful and dominant plans and take necessary actions against airtel and those companies that come up with these kind of customer looting ideas. Was this information helpful? |
