Airtel — channels deactivated | |||
My airtel dth subscriber id is [protected] and i have paid for one year long term plan which ends in november 2019. On 01/2/2019 i have requested the operator to de activate hd channels and activate some sports channels. But they have wrongly de-activated my long term plan and activated the sports channels. From 01st onwards i am talking with the customer care staffs to sort out this issue. Every time they told that due to trai new regulations there is some problem in server and my problem will be solved within 4 hours. But till time there is no use. I have already lodged my complaint to trai also. But all my efforts are waste. Was this information helpful? | |||
