Airtel — channels inactivation | |||
My monthly airtel dth plan is 219/- pm, and i do recharge at end of the due date, my dth validity was of 17th march 2019 but on the 15th of march 2019, almost all of the zee and some other channels got deactivated suddenly without informing me. I thought it might happened due to my balance are low, but later i've recharged again still the channels are in deactivation mode. I tried to talk with the customer care people, but the calls are getting engage every time. Then in the afternoon time i got a call from their customer care service and i said the problem they said me. It is the new rule of trai, and we have to follow.
