Airtel — channels not telecasting as per my request | |||
My airtel dth account number is [protected]-001, 15 days back some if the channels telecast was stopped for me, contacted with your customer care and they told that i didn't selected any channels based on the trai new rules, hence these channels telecost was stopped. Based on that discussion i have selected 99 channels on 27/02/19. But till now the channels were not telecosting to me. Out of 99 channels they are telecosting 28 channels only, but they are charging for 99 channels. On 01/03/19 & 02/03/19 i have contacted with your customer care executive and they are telling that there is problem at your end, They are telling that there is a problem at my end only, for rectification the issue i have to 150 rupees like that they are telling. How it is possible some channels were telecosting and some channels are not telecosting, if any problems with my end. How the problem will get rectified. Was this information helpful? | |||
