Such a worst customer support by airtel, not a single reply on customer's queries from past 3 days.
I have opted one new cug postpaid mobile connection number is : [protected]. But when i checked the bill found that number has charged for calling to cug number ([protected]) & vice versa in bill of april-2016 for both cug numbers (I. E. [protected] & [protected]) then i turned up to airtel customer care one of your cre mr. Naresh & he told me that the number [protected] is not in cug while at the time of purchasing card i clearly mentioned this to airtel sales executive mr. Mahendra ([protected]) that number should be in cug only i. E. Voice calling for both numbers ([protected] & [protected]) should be free i. E. Without any cost and he assured and confirmed that number is in cug activated.
Kindly look into this. And proceed for the waive off calling charges for both number (I. E. [protected] & [protected]) for the voice communication between them. And make sure both numbers are in cug only.
Now second thing is that, as mentioned in bill of april-2016, you have charged me rs. 300.00/- under "one time charges" for new postpaid mobile num: [protected]. And as per sales executive mr. Mahendra there is no any charges i need to pay for activation. Also this is not first time i'm opted airtel cug postpaid number, never i got charged for "one time charges" and as per market standards none of any provider charges like vodafone, idea, reliance & others are not charged "one time charges" for new postpaid mobile connection.
Kindly provide me timeline to waive off of billing charges for both numbers (I. E. [protected] & [protected]) & "one time charges" for new postpaid mobile num: [protected]. Otherwise you can allow me to do another options in legal ways by not paying any bills from today for both numbers & terminating airtel services from our organization as well.
Fyi. Check bill for month of april-2016 (Period 05-apr-2016 to 04-may-2016) for both numbers.
Its really wonder that such a things are happening with old postpaid customers who are familiar with airtel from approx. 5 years & let me informed you that this is not a first time i'm facing such pathetic billing issues.
I'm not satisfied with your customer care/back office/billing agents who are doing such a irresponsible things & seems that huge lack of communication among them.
But just because of your silly mistakes, "why should customer suffers due to the same?"
I'd raised airtel complaint number for both issues as follows:
1) charged bill for cug voice communication ref. No[protected]Raised by airtel cre - naresh)- need waiver for the same.
2) waiver for one time charges for mob no: [protected]_ ref no:[protected] (Raised by airtel cre - vaibhav)
To address my things properly & take it to consumer forum/court i'm keeping their email ids in this mail body.
