[Resolved] Airtel — charged for a vas that I do not want. please refund | |||
My airtel prepaid number is [protected]. Yesterday, i was charged rs 35 from my prepaid balance for a service called bioscope. This was activated on my mobile at 11:38 pm yesterday (28/08/2018) for a period of 7 days without my permission or my asking for the same. I have stopped the service today morning after discovering the same. However, this service was activated on my phone without my permission or any type of intimation. I do not need this vas at all. Request you to look at my complaint and refund the amount charged immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
