Airtel — charges debited twice | |||
My prepaid mobile number is [protected] and there is an existing pack of Rs 448 which is valid till 30th Aug 2019. Inspite of this, today they have debited Rs 23 for another pack for 28 days without any request from me. So I requested Airtel to cancel that new pack and re credit the amount of Rs 23 immediately but there is no response. Every 28 days they do like this.(debiting my account for new pack while there is an existing pack in force.) Was this information helpful? | |||
