[Resolved] Airtel — charges not adjusted for postpaid bill | |||
I uses post paid connection and got a bill of 1670 last month. The bill has errors and faults that i have notified the concerned person over the voice call. The person promised to reduce/adjust the charges in the next bill. However this has not happened and i got my usual bill. Please look into the matter.
