Airtel — charging - booster plan without my consent | |
Hi, I am a victim of charging the booster plan which is of Rs 100/- for 1GB, which I have activated for the particular month and I have been told that it will be automatically deactivated once the monthly bill cycle generates. But to my shock, I have been charged month on month, till I get to know to that I have been charged on my every bill cycle and when I asked to the customer care they are telling that it is automatically gets into every month without my concern. This is how Airtel is cheating to it's customers. And, also they have made promise that the unused data will be transferred to the next month, but they have failed to do so, when I asked it is technical problem and they have opened the ticket to resolve it and told me that it will be resolved within 48 hours, but it's been 5 days now, till now, I have not received the unused data from my last bill cycle. I am fed of the services they are providing to the customers. The customer care executives are very unprofessional in terms of talking and they don't know how to behave with the customers. This is my sincere request to take some serious actions on them and please help me in getting my dues. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
