Airtel — charging extra money

I have bought Airtel DTH new connection on 1st March, 2019 They have mentioned in their website that in Rs. 1750, you will get Plan for Rs.450 for one month Free. You can check in the screenshot attached here. Then their engineer came to home for installation and he told me that I have to recharge of Rs. 225 to activate the channels. I was surprised by that. but still I recharged it. Then on 13th March, they suspended my account and told me that I don't have enough balance. I asked them that when I bought connection, you are giving me one month subscription free, but still I did recharge of Rs. 225 and now you are saying that I have to recharge again for Rs. 450. Everyday they are telling me that you didn't get any free plan in your new connection. I saw them the screenshot from their website. So they are telling me since last week that my query is in pending status. We are working in on priority. Everyday they are telling me that wait for 24 hours. Since one week, they are telling me. I am really fade up now of their service. Their customer care representatives don't have idea about this thing. Now because of them, I have to suffer and I am not getting channels on my TV. I asked them to discontinue my connection and give me money return after cutting of the charge of 15 days. But they are not doing it, they are telling me that wait for 24 hours, it will be solved. It is 7 days now. But still no progress from them. Please help me on this case. They are really charging extra for my case.
