Airtel — charging international roaming without my consent way of cheating

I suddenly noticed that airtel charged for international roaming without my consent. I did not opt for such a add-on. They are charging 640 and if i dont pay they charge 6000 rs. Its a looting money in broad day light. If i asked to take complaint they are refusing to do so thereby denying basic customer rights. Their customer service have gone worst.

Updated by Veejaig They are also refusing to show the terms and conditions or the agreement which binds the service provider with the products/services on one end with the customer. This is violation of customer rights
