Airtel — Charging Wrongly Without any Reason | |||
Hi, I am using the Airtel Postpaid Number [protected]. On this number I have 149 plan in which there are 600 minutes(Local+STD), and free SMS. My Bill date is 4 of every month and I pay my bill on its due date every month. As per my last bill my plan benefits renew on 4 May 2015, but when I checked my extra usage till 14 May 2015 it was showing approx 40 rupees extra and it is keep growing continuously and till 16 may it is around 100 rupees. I have call many times to the customer care to clarify that, why I have charged, they are saying that I have crossed the 600 minute limits, but how it is possible to cross the 600 minute limits in just 10 days, they are also not giving me proper detail of my call, I have 15 more days of my months to complete but I am not able to call. just because of extra call charges.
