Airtel operations looks fraud and bogus company. Companies like this must be prosecuted.

In the name of the document submission, airtel has converted my account to post from prepaid and upgraded to 4G with a cost of 400Re while my phone is very basic black and white phone. All this happened when my father went to their office on a threatening call from the customer about barring the calls, though we submitted the documents.
