[Resolved] Airtel — Cheated by not changing the plan | |||
i am using a airtel postpaid plan.i actually wanted to change my network and then i kept a porting request . after 3 hrs airtel customer care have called me and has discounted me by giving me a better postpaid plan at a cheaper rate which will be activated in 48 hrs . so i have resisted in changing to another network . but after some serious observation i have found that my plan was not changed after 3 days also. so airtel is trying to fool customers by luring customers about extra benefits. my mobile number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
