mera dth pichle 3 months se bandh tha kyuki mere house me renovation ka kam chal raha tha.[protected] ko muje call aaya ki agar mene aaj recharge nahi karvaya to mera dth bandh ho jayega aur unho ne muje kaha ki hum aap-ka acco0unt hold pe rakh dete he aapka renovation ka kam jab pura ho jaye tab company m, e call karke active karva lena. so mene recharge karvaya or us ke bad company me status janne ke liye call kiya to costomer care adhikari ne muje kaha ki aisa koi call aapko nahi kiya gaya he aur agar aapko hold pe account rakhvana he to 100 rs per month charge lagega. jab ki muje pehle is ke bare me koi jankari nahi di gayi thi.
plz take action about this.

I recharged from my airtel app, it was a scheme of 1p/1sec and i had to recharge 16Rs.i had to pay from my credit card.As soon as i proceeded the amount got deducted from my bank.i got a confirmation sms that recharge done.but didnt get the amount in my main balance.
