Airtel — cheated with postpaid connection | |||
Dear sir, I’m upset with Airtel. Couple of days back I had ported my Idea number to Airtel assuming the best service from you, but unfortunately all in vein. In short I will explain my concern. I got my Idea postpaid ported to Airtel Prepaid and got one prepaid SIM card as well and handed over the sim to my dad and Left the country. Then again someone from Airtel or some Agent Called my dad and he handed over one more Sim which was Pospaid. Now the Sim is activated and when they tried to check the balance they encountered that it’s a postpaid connection. My question is why you guys don’t have a control on Agents who are spoiling Airtels name. Now when we went back to the Airtel Store bear HBR bangalore to enquire, they said some Agent have cheated us and now we don’t have any option other than waiting for 3 months? Why do we need to suffer for your incapablities? I don’t want to pay a single penny and I want Prepaid connection. Please revert back ASAP to avoid further exclation or further action.
