[Resolved] Airtel — Cheating and not refunding balance amount | |||||
I had called the customer care at 12150 and asked them to disconnect my connection on 27th Aug and refund the balance amount (Rs.425). However, they did not do so. I called again on Monday, 29th Aug to customer care and they said it has not been disconnected yet and so they will do the needful and someone from Airtel will contact me within 4 hours (Now my balance had reduced to Rs.390, whereas my dish was lying disconnected since 27th). But again, nothing happened! Today on 1st Sep, I called again and they have again said that it is still not discontinued and now balance is only Rs.355. I mean look at this company fooling customers and stealing their money... Was this information helpful? | |||||
