[Resolved] Airtel — Cheating Customers | |||||
User id [protected] Hi, I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the services received from airtel. Now to give you a jist of the story my complaint is regarding the broadband plan i have. As per my records and confirmed by airtel twice my plan is airtel-ul-pace 899 60gb (16mbps/512kbps) combo plan & this was with effect from[protected] which i understand was in middle of the month and hence you gave me prorated data. Now as per my billing cycle my new month has started today and i should've got 60gb data rather i've only got 30 gb this month as well. This is absolutely disgraceful and is also a cheating from airtel point of view. I am extremely frustrated and losing up my patience. I have emails and proof to prove that my plan was changed to 60gb data plan @₹899 so if this plan isn't updated on my number I will post on facebook with screenshots of your emails confirming that my plan is airtel-ul-pace 899 60gb (16mbps/512kbps) combo plan. I am hereby giving you a last chance to change and update your records. This is also a case of cheating & disgusting customer services. For airtel it barely matters what the customer is going through you just need to make money. If this is not resolved to my satisfaction i'll make sure i don't stop here & will a mockery out of this.
