[Resolved] Airtel — cheating customers in the name of trai guidelines | |||
Hi, This is to inform that airtel is cheating their customers, when we are trying to select alacarte channels. I have selected my channel list and submitted on 31st of jan (331721) and till 5th of feb they airtel didnt activated any channels. My account wallet has a balance 523 and it is getting reduced without supplying channels. On 6th feb morning i can see all the unwanted channels activated in my system and the channels i requested not updated also. As per my selection my monthly rental has came down to 478. Now my monthly rental is showing 1583 per month. I called customer care with these details and they are giving false promises like the new plan will be activated in 1 hr or so. I can smell a scam from airtel and this is happened to my friends also. Last 5 days without channels they have looted huge amounts. Please look into this issue and revert back. Thanks, Mahesh.
