[Resolved] Airtel — Cheating, deduction of balance, | |||
Dear sir, I Ashirwad Halgekar subscribed to Airtel mobile number [protected]. I on 14 sept had recharged of Rs. 127 which offers 1GB Night pack for 28 days. After that I have recharged on 21 sept Airtel night pack of Rs. 29 which offers 500 mb, and I received a message stating I have been credited 500 mb to my number. But when I started browsing the internet after few minutes I received the message that my night pack is over that is of Rs.127 and my outstanding balance of Rs. 46 was also deducted due to excess usage of data pack and the other data pack of Rs. 29 also didn't get activated. My balance was complete Rs. 0 I have to take loan Rs. 10 to talk with customer service executive. Here Mr Rakesh (executive) he says that whichever is your first data pack that will get deducted first and the other, and says "apko jankari recharge Karen se phele puchna chaiye" well this is completely cheating when I was activating the pack through calling 129 on IVR I didn't get any of those information and ever after deducting Rs.29 I didn't received any such information about 2 data pack usage rules. When you have such terms and conditions, then why don't they are disclosed to consumers before they recharge. I request you to kindly address this grievance and refund my deducted amount of Rs.46 + Rs. 29 of night pack = Rs. 75 + 443 mb data of previous recharge pack of Rs. 127.
