Airtel — cheating in quiz reward - india vs wi - 3rd odi - [[protected]]

I am using airtel# [protected]. I play the quiz for subjected match and all of my answer were correct. But i didn't receive any response for reward i won. The reward was a mobile handset,.
Please have a look into this and help me to get this reward.

I have also dropped an email to team team but they assure me to resolve it within 72 hrs but its been around 7 days i didn't receive a response after multiple reminders.
