[Resolved]  Airtel — Cheating: Not refunding the amount for failure broadband connection

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 122017

Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 29 JAN 2017. Where is my amount.
Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.

Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

Today got the call and they now said due to technical issue they had not processed and again extended the date by 16 FEB 2016.
Guys do suggest how to process complain in Consumer Forum. Now I will legally file the case in Consumer Forum.

Please share this issue on social media so other innocent people must be aware of this scam.
They are not returning money and again extending the date. I am not able to understand that why they are not processing the NEFT even after 1 and half month.
Very pathetic service.
Guys seriously don't pay in advance otherwise they will not return the money.
Better use another service provider.
