Airtel — Cheating of Customer after online recharge for 1GB 3g plan for Rs.249/-

Dear Sir, I am willing to state the following for your kind information & necessary action please. I am using a AIRTEL SIM (Mobile no:[protected]) for using 3G net/data facility through a AIRTEL DONGLE. On[protected] I did a online recharge of Rs.249/-.at 08:23:48AM (TXN ID:[protected] as per the available plan as advised in the airtel website for 1GB 3G Data Plan.After recharge I got the sms intimating about sucessful recharge.But I found that the 1GB data was not credited and later at evening again I did an another online recharge of Rs.449/-for 2.5GB 3G data plan. When on[protected] I inquired about the fact with Airtel customer care they are accepting about the recharge of 249 but telling that there is no such plan of Rs.249/- is available for 1GB 3G data with Airtel. Where as till now it is shown in AIRTEL website for online recharge. Now tell me how Airtel is doing this.Is it justified to their loyal customer. I need your intervention within the matter and please take an early and eye catching action against AIRTEL so that further they can't dare to cheat the people. Regards. Sabitabrata Ghosh [protected]
