Airtel — cheating with consumer

Dear sir,
I have airtel dth connection customer id-[protected].My connection stops workings now a days every month last month i also has the same problem and i paid ₹150 as there visiting charge and now also i am having the same problem and they again want there service charge of ₹150 and when i asked why i will pay them for the same problem when i have paid it in last month for the same problem then there engineers reply was that you have to pay it but when i register compalin in the customer care they told me that time you dont have to pay it will free for you as you have paid the last time for the same problem then when today in the morning i called the customer care and told about the reply of the engineer then the customer care representative also told that you have to pay and then when i asked them to refund the rental which are being charged for the period when system is not working they were not ready for that also and then i asked for surrendering the connection then the customer care representative transfered the call to there senior representative but at that time it didn't got connected then they told me you will get the callback then they called me when i was in meeting and in first sight i cut down the call and in second ring i didnt do any thing and in third i again rejected the call then in fourth i leave the meeting and answer there call and after answeing her reply was quite strange that why you are calling customer care when area distributor and engineer have already call you. Is this the way of talking to customers? I think consumer protection act of india has given the right to the consumer to get informed so i have full right to ask for the information and to fight for my rights.i would also like to mention that number from which i received call[protected].
I want my full installation fee back from the comapny or repair of the fault by the comapny without any cost and refund of my balance for the period my setup box is off.
