[Resolved] Airtel — cheating with consumers | |||
My airtel digital tv id is - [protected]. I have reharger my account with rupees 285/- on 9th july. Now i am getting message that my next recharge date is 24/7/2017 (Today). I havent requested for any up gradation in my existing pack.in fact, i told the airtel person that i want to continue with 285 rupees of pack when i got call from airtel person before recharging my account. Today i called on 198, had words with your executives. She was keep saying that i requested for hd channels so that is the reason i m not getting 30 days of validity. I told her to transfer the cal to the senior. She said the lines are busy so i will get a call from senior in 2 hrs. Nobody called me till now. Is this your customer service?? Ye jo tv me ads dikha rhe ho na, bohot achha banne ki koshish kr rhe ho. Its all waste because of your Bakwas bekaar customer service. I took hd setup box because i m planning to buy hd tv in future. Tell me one thing, right now i dont use hd tv in my house so why would i request to you guys for hd channels?? Does it make any sense??? I want validity of 30 days which i deserve. Dont cheat your customers please. I want a call from you guys asap in 2 hrs. I can go to the consumer court if you wont sort it out. Its all your mistake. So sort it.
