Airtel — claim rejected

My claim is rejected due to improper handling of the phone, let me know clearly what does an proper handling mean? What should be the reason to make a claim against airtel secure?

Is this reason is adequate to make the claim "i was having the phone in my hand due a sudden impact from my colleague i dropped my phone in the water."

If this is not adequate then let us know how an eligible reason should be.
