Airtel — closing my sr without help | |||||
Airtel is offering netflix subscription for its members having postpaid connection with monthly rental of more than or equal to 499. I tried to avail the offer but it gives me error. I have openned two requests with airtel in last 1 month but both have been resolved without providing any solution and without giving any update to me. It is very irritating as whenever i call they tell me they are escalating the issue but i don't get any help. I have also sent them several mails but getting no reply there as well. I am using airtel for more than almost 10 years now and do not expect such unprofessionalism from such a big company. Screenshots for the error that i get in the app is attached. Also both the request number which have been wrongly closed. Please see that i get a quick resolution to my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
