[Resolved] Airtel — Closure of broadband/telephone connection[protected] | |||
I have requested them to close my broad band /phone connection on 16 th october 2016. Accordingly they accept my request and charge me Rs 1047 for the broken period and the was paid by me. But again they have raised bill for nov and dec and asking me to pay by sending sms and cell . In this regard i have contactedtheir customer care more than 3 times and they said they will reverse the entry and inform me.I have sent 4 mails in this regard.no action so far. I am a senior citizen .they are making me run pillar to post.Please arrange to close the issue forthwith Was this information helpful? | |||
