Airtel — company is forcing to recharge unnecessarily | |
According to new message that i received from the airtel india that i have to pay for all rounder recharge that cost 23 rupees for expanding my validity for using internet, message and calling as i didn't use internet and message service and still have to pay for it and not only that they don't have any other options also for only calling recharge. And further that i have recharged just before some days and still pending 70 rupees in my account i have to pay another 23 for just increasing my validity, and customer center says that it is according to new trai rules and all companies have to do so, while i didn't get any this type of information from other company as i am using bsnl and jio too. While as i explained all this points to customer call center employee, as he was not able to convince me so by saying that i am forwarding it to my manager, ended the call, by calling again same thing replied again and now he has put my call on hold by saying that i am checking on your number. This is my oldest number and i want to continue this and at the same i dont use it much but receive all the incoming calls on this and now my outgoing calls are bared from last 5 days. And incoming will bared from within few days if i do not recharge according to them. I was airtel customer since 2005. I do recharge on this number according to my needs but now i have to recharge every month for no reason. If i do not recharge i can use my current balance for this recharge so that they deduct at least 23 rs in every 28 days in case i dont do any outgoing call so simply they are doing buisness. I received an sms from Airtel that my outgoing calls would be barred wef November 2018. On calling up the customer care, I was told that as per Trai rules, my outgoing calls will be barred even though i have sufficient balance. All my main balance amount would not be transferred if i do not activate any pack that they are offering
Mobile phone lost at Delhi and a FIR has already been lodged. Please block this SIM card at the earliest to avoid misuses of this mobile number. If possible please provide a secondary SIM with the same number for further uses please.
