Airtel — company want to cheat me and makes his own money

Someone created my airtel wallet from the My mob NO.[protected]and didn't know about it.SO I accidentally deposited 399 Rs on my wallet for my personal uses. But when I go to use the wallet my money didn't debited. So I call customer support many times for this problem. They say that to send my own personal aadhar photo for kyc. But when I send my details to him then they say that my wallet is created with another name so they don't want to help me. Now they didn't refunding my money. Please help me one of them 1.Say company to Refund my balance to original load source and close my wallet.2.Complete kyc by my original document so I can use my wallet for future from my no. BUT THE COMPANY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME REGARDING THIS PROBLEM.I think company cheating me for make his own money so please help me to get my money back as soon as possible. It's more than 2 weeks but company does not helping me.
