Hi,
I had register my complain to Mr. Abhishek on 18/05/2018 mid night and my complain no is 74772433 regarding not able to get signal since last 2 days and he said that the technician will visit on a chargable basis on the same day latest by 3;00pm and i agree on that, but till 5:00pm i did not get any call from the technician and lastly again i had to give a call. I had a word with Mr. Harpreet and he said that the visit for the technician will be on 20/05/2018 and not on 18/05/2018. so i asked him to listen to the call or ask the quality team to listen to that but he denied.
So, i want to know how unprofessional the Airtel team is, that neither they are ready to listen to the client nor they are able to provide proper information to the client.
And according to Mr. Harpreet i had to wait for next 2 days to watch TV.
If there is any professional person working on Airtel can give me a call on the no provided below to resolve my problem.
