Airtel — complain no.[protected] not able to use internet | |||||
It is more than 2 months I have launched my complaint (no.[protected]. And since last 3 months I have been calling up the customer care, first 3 times I was asked to do the mobile internet settings, later I was told there is new tower getting set up in my area and the network issue is there. I was promised by the customer care that by 1st May my problem will be resolved. Today is July 16 and still my problem is unsolved. I waiting for a communication from the network team who are working on this issue. I have 50-60GB data on my phone and I can't use, I have family plan activated on my phone but can't even add my mom's no. To it as I do not have the network at home. Even this feedback I am writing while taking Wi-Fi from neighbour. Airtel has failed to show even a little curtsey towards its customers. There seems no use of being a loyal customer for so many years. Feels like the company is just looting people. I wish to receive immediate response and sms update of the progress of complains.
