Airtel — Complain regarding Data usage | |||
I'm very disappointed by your service. My current bill dated on 6th March, 2015 shows me an amount of 1236 Rs. According to your customer care executive they have charged 800 Rs for using 80 Mbs extra which did not included in my data plan. I didn't receive any alert message from Airtel and despite this I've checked several times on the day before my bill renews. It showed a data usage of 1005 Mb out of 1024 built in plan for past 2 days. It even showed usage of 1005 on 3rd may a day before my bill renews. And after that according to my phone app it showed I hardly used 10 Mb and your system shows I had usage of 80 Mbs extra. This is really absurd. Apart these I don't care about your system I've screenshots with me about the data usage. Please sort it out as soon as possible. I hope that Airtel gets my point. And yeah if this continues I don't feel like using Airtel service anymore. Please take action against it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have faced the Same problem. I have been charged Rs. 3548.68 saying I have used excss 350mb 3G data. Whereas I used 1019 mb of 1024mb data pack and deactivated it the same day when I used 1019mb. But now these fellows tell me they have charged me over pro rate basis wherein they don't consider the as free on the day when its deactivated. Thus giving me a total bill of Rs. 4682. And I have contacted many of their officials but everyone has given me same answers and hasn't resolresolved the issue yyetyyet.
