Airtel — complaining about 4g and 3g internet | |||
Dear sir, I am facing 3G and 4G internet complaint from 25/09/2017. I also submit a complaint on 02/10/2017 but still my problem regarding 3g and 4g internet service still pending. None of the customer provider helm me to solve this problem. Even Airtel store located at model town, JALANDHAR, also make excuses and no one give solution about this problem. Everyday i called to customer care and also got call from cuatome care, but no one give solution. This type of worst service i never seen in last in last 2 years. My contact no. is [protected] and i work in also in corporate so, this type of casual behaviour is not good for the company in this situation when there is more competition in market.
