Airtel — complaining about airtel postpaid connection | |||||
On 17th june 2017 we purchased an airtel 4g portal hotspot device with airtel postpaid sim ([protected]) but we could not use it much since the network was bad. We were not able to download anything or use net because of low speed. We did the first payment of the usage on 29th july 2017 and we also submitted complaints regarding the network issue at our place but there was no response from the airtel support. We even tweeted the issue, they replied saying that they will call back asap but we never received one. Now we received another bill payment of rs 1100 but we have not used the services once so why should we pay the amount to them. We already invested a lump sum amount on the portable device.
