Airtel — complaint about airtel mobile secure plan | |||||
Hi Myself manoj chhabra. Airtel customer since from long time. I have taken a plan called mobile secure plan. My mobile phone slips from my hand and screen got broken. After more than a month time submitting all my documents and satisfying the insurance people with a lot of difficulties and sort of harassment like they picked up the phone from my house. After 15 days i receive a call from them about estimates. I agreed. But suddenly after a week i received a call from insurance or airtel that my insurance claim is rejected because it's slip from my hand. If it was broken in a accident than we can give the claim. Can i ask artel than why my phone was picked from my home when i already informed them about the incident. Are they making fool to the customer. I waited for about two months and got phone back with more damaged. Feeling very disappointed with such a poor kind of excuses by airtel. Waiting for the reply.
