Airtel — Complaint about my broadband bill

Hi sir my broadband plan is 1399 per month and i have not paid the bill for the month of november and now your team is asking for 3395 for two months november and december and in the starting your executive have given me the discount of 500rs and yesterday your executive gave me the discount of 300rs more and they are saying just pay 2595 now tell me why should i pay this much of amount and yestetday your executive abhishek and his interaction id is[protected] he dont know how to talk with the customer he said that i vll nt listen you just do what you want to do so plsss take the serious action against your executive and i want that you should give me the more discount in my airtel broadband bill or otherwise i will disconnect it and i vll go to the other network i have 2 connections of your i vll disconnect all the connections which i have my landline number is [protected] and my plan numbr is 33104294 and contact me on [protected] asap...
