Reg: my airtel broadband with landline connection[protected] under rs.999/- plan.
Recently, i had been informed that the broadband modem will be replaced as your speed has been upgraded upto 100 mbps from my existing speed of 40 mbps.
In this regard, i had been informed on 05.02.2019 that your service engineer will contact me for the same process, but no one had contacted me till 07.02.2019.
Mr. Venkatesan, your service engineer, reached my home on 08.02.2019 to replace the old modem with the new modem for the upgraded speed. After trying to change to the new modem, he informed me that there was a fault in the line and therefore the modem will not work properly. He left my house after stating that someone will contact me in this regard.
I checked the speed of my connection on the same day where the speed was 13 mbps instead of 40 mbps.
After that day, another service engineer came to my house on 10.02.2019. He tried to change to new modem, but he could not complete the process either. He said there was a technical problem and was not aware of how to solve the problem. He also told the same response that someone would come and change the new modem.
I had complained about this issue on 10.02.2019 for your poorest quality of service.
After that, i received your message (Request no.[protected] stating that your service engineer mr. K. Ramesh would come on 12.02.2019 however, he did not turn up on that day. When i called mr. K. Ramesh on this issue, he said that will be coming to my house on 13.02.2019 after 06.00 p. M. I had been waiting for him, but he did not arrive as well.in this regard i called mr. K. Ramesh, for which he said he was the only person to attend the calls, and he would attend my call the next day.
Today (14.02.2019) morning i called mr. K. Ramesh to confirm his arrival for which he assured he will arrive after 06.00 p. M. Now the time is 10.00 p. M, and he has not come to my house yet. I tried calling him several times but he does not attend my call.
From 05.02.2019 till this time today (14.02.2019) my broadband connection has not been working at full speed as per my plan, due to which i will not pay any payment for this period.
I totally disagree your lethargic attitude and the poorest quality of services.
Hence i request you to register this complaint letter as my request letter for discontinuance of your connection from tomorrow onwards.
