[Resolved]  Airtel — Complaint against airtel customer care Chandigarh

Hello Sir I am Dharminder Singh from Patiala. my mobile number is [protected]. I have been using this number from last few years. I had never availed internet facility from your mobile service though I use internet only at my home through wifi broadband. This month my mobile bill came Rs. 278.44. when I inquired about my bill details from Chandigarh customer care (Mr. Sanjeev) they told me that I have been charged with internet package this month they also told me that they started this service at my mobile number as a free service without my consent. After few months in 2014 only they started charging me for this facility. Sir I told them number of time earlier also that they must not charged me as I had never availed this service. They used to refund my money after my complaint almost every month especially march, April 2014 (you can check the records) they repeated the same mistake this month also and when I called at customer care Chandigarh Mr. Sanjeev spoke to me in a very rude manner. Sir if your service is not courteous enough to behave properly and willing to solve the complaints then I would like to change my service provider and I would have never bothered you with this; it is only the miss behavior from your side which compelled me to request you please look into the matter and do the requisite as soon as possible otherwise I would like to take this to higher level.
