Airtel — complaint against airtel for giving poor network services and call drop in chandni chowk | |||
Sir, From past 6 months, I am facing network issues at my office that is 1853/3, 3rd Floor, Surya Bazar, Bhagirath Palace, Chandni Chowk-110006. In past 6 months, I had lodged 7 complaints against Airtel, but nobody has shown up till yet, due to which my business is suffering. In my every Complaint, they always assure me that my problem will be resolved and this process is continuing till date. Even they gave a deadline of 28 Feb 2018, that the problem will be resolved before this date, but till now no action has been taken. Was this information helpful? | |||

My last complaint was lodged on 1 Mar 2018. Till now my problem didn't resolve yet. Please tell me what should I do. My airtel scheme is also expiring on sunday 8 Apr 2018 midnight, after that if you say so I can port my number, because you are not interested in my complaint to resolve it.
